This quote says a lot that can be helpful in life. If you're about to do something that is not right do not do it. It can lead to you ruining a part of your life that you will regret. If something is not true don't say it to no one it's better being honest with others. For example if your friends says let's ditch a class period dont do it because it's wrong. It can lead to you getting in trouble by your parents finding out. Another example is if someone gossiped you a lie about someone else don't say it to no one. Cause that could spread rumors about you being a liar and it's all for passing on a lie that you didn't even start. If you don't do none of these things you'll be a better and free person
