Duties and Responsibilities: Perform surgery on the brain, spinal cord, and the peripheral nerves to remove tumors, chronic pain and to remove wounds.

Salary: $395,000

Education: Earn a bachelor's degree, attend medical school, pass the medical licensing exam, complete an internship and neurosurgical residency program, become state licensed and board notified, continue education.

Demand or need for this profession: It will grow 14% to 2024

Reflection: I would love to be this profession because it's really interesting and i'm helping people survive and have another chance at life. I find surgery on anything really interesting i know i have to do a lot of years of education  but i'm willing to do that.
